Erika Gross began her career as a school psychologist in 2020. She worked in different states such as California, Colorado, and now, New Jersey. Erika has supported many different age groups and populations such as K-8 grades, dual-immersion students, Title 1 schools, and currently, military families at North Hanover. At North Hanover, Mrs. Gross provides support to students that may need help in social skills, building positive friendships/relationships with peers and teachers, coping skills for anxiety, and more. Mrs. Gross is committed to supporting teachers and families in order for students to be successful in different settings.

Mrs. Gross holds a Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Liberal Studies from California State University of Chico, a Master’s of Arts in Educational Psychology from Azusa Pacific University, and an Educational Specialist degree from Azusa Pacific University. She is passionate about supporting students and families with social-emotional needs, and providing them the skills needed to be successful in and outside of school.

In her spare time, Mrs. Gross enjoys spending time with her husband, toddler, and dog. She loves to paint, read, and go on walks to enjoy the trees in New Jersey. She is excited to explore New Jersey more in the future and celebrate the diversity it has to offer!
