The North Hanover Township School District currently employs two Instructional Coaches, Mrs. Jessica Procopio and Mrs. Amy Wish. They give support to staff members as they challenge themselves professionally.
An Instructional Coach works with their classroom teacher colleagues to support student learning. They focus on individual and group professional development that expands and refines understanding of researched- based effective instruction. An Instructional Coach provides personalized support that is based on the goals and identified needs of individual teachers.
